Mayan Coffee is the sole owner of the information collected on www.mayancoffee.com.au. We will not share, rent or sell your personal or payment information to any third party. All your personal and payment information will be kept confidential and will not be handed over to any other third party except where we are required by law or where it is necessary for the provision of purchased items to you (e.g. delivery address to couriers etc). We may share non-personal, non identifiable demographic information with other third-parties to assist us in managing our customer and internet services.

Mailing List

If you have purchased from Mayan Coffee or requested our catalogues, we may alert you from time-to-time via email or post of special offers and new catalogues. All mailings will contain a simple unsubscribe option to remove you from our mailing list. You can also contact us at any time by phone or fax to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

Shopping Online

Registration

You can shop online without registration. However, we encourage customers to register with us as it greatly facilitates the checkout process by eliminating the need to re-enter personal details on subsequent shopping visits.

To register, click on the Register button on the main menu and follow the registration steps. Returning customers who have registered click the Log In button and enter username (email address) and password to begin shopping.

Selections

Within the product pages, simply choose the quantity and any other available options for the individual products. Then add the item to your shopping basket by clicking 'add to basket’. When the product is added 'this item has been added' notification will appear below.

Shopping Basket

Your shopping basket will keep a running total of all your selections. The number of items and total will be displayed in the top right of the page. You can also view your selections by clicking on the Shopping Basket link at the top of the page.

Checking Out

Once satisfied with the items in your shopping basket you can complete the shopping process by clicking on the Checkout link. At the Checkout page you will be requested to complete your credit card details and confirm your order details. Your transaction will be processed in a completely secure environment and delivery should occur within 5 business days (stock permitting).

Security Code

Visa/Mastercard Credit Card Users

On the back of your card you should see either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your Card Security Code.

American Express Credit Card Users

Look for the 4-digit code printed on the front of your card. This 4-digit code is your Card Security Code.

Delivery

Delivery for paid orders should occur within 5 business days. We will contact you if there will be any delay in the delivery of your order.

Delivery Options - Australia

The cost for freight is a flat rate of $10.00 (including GST) anywhere in Australia. We will deliver to PO Boxes via Australia Post or by courier to an address. Delivery by courier will require a signature of receipt. We therefore recommend a work address for your convenience. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the courier service will contact you to arrange a more convenient time or alternate address.

Guarantee

Mayan Coffee guarantees all its products. If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchase from us - simply return it within two weeks of purchase for a prompt refund, credit or exchange.
